Price check
Jobber pricing in 2026, including the number we got wrong
The short version: Jobber's headline price is $29 a month, and almost nobody pays $29 a month. The real number depends on three things multiplied together: which of four plans, how many people need access, and which of three billing commitments. Most articles about Jobber pricing publish four numbers and stop. Below is the whole grid, read off the vendor's own pricing page in September 2026, plus the three add-ons and the payment processing rate that sit outside the plan price entirely. We are publishing this partly because we got Jobber's price badly wrong ourselves in August, and the correction is at the bottom with the arithmetic of our mistake.
1. The full price grid
Jobber sells four plans (Core, Connect, Grow, Plus) against three billing options: prepaid annual, a one-year commitment billed monthly, and month to month with no commitment. Its pricing page also has a team-size selector, and the price changes when you move it. Here is the entry price of each plan, at the smallest team bracket that plan is offered at:
| Plan | Users included | Billed annually | 1-year commitment | No commitment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 | $29/mo | $39/mo | $49/mo |
| Connect | 1 | $99/mo | $119/mo | $139/mo |
| Grow | 1 | $149/mo | $169/mo | $199/mo |
| Plus | 5 | $399/mo | $439/mo | $499/mo |
And here is what happens as the crew grows, on annual billing, which is the cheapest column above. The bracket labels are Jobber's own team-size options:
| Team size | Core | Connect | Grow | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Just me | $29 | $99 | $149 | not offered |
| 2 to 5 people | not offered | $149 | $229 | $399 |
| 6 to 10 people | not offered | $229 | $299 | $449 |
| 11 to 15 people | not offered | $299 | $399 | $529 |
| 16 or more | Contact sales on every plan | |||
Month-to-month prices for the same brackets run higher again: Connect is $199, $299 and $399 for the three crew brackets, Grow is $299, $399 and $499, and Plus is $499, $599 and $699. Extra users beyond a bracket's included count are $29 a month each, on every plan. All figures are USD and exclude sales tax, and every one of them came off getjobber.com/pricing on 2026-09-02.
The reason to lay it out this way rather than as four headline numbers: the same plan can differ by $350 a month depending on team size and billing, and the plan name alone tells a reader almost nothing about what they will pay. Grow is "$149" and Grow is also "$499".
2. Why $29 is a one-person price
Core is the only plan Jobber shows at the "just me" bracket and does not show at any larger one. Move the team-size selector to two-to-five people and Core disappears from the page: the cheapest plan on screen becomes Connect at $149 a month billed annually. So the published step from one person to two is not $29 for a seat. On the face of the page it is a jump from $29 to $149, an extra $120 a month, because you have also changed plans.
There is a genuine ambiguity here and we are not going to resolve it for you by guessing. The Core card carries the same tooltip as every other card, saying users can be added for $29 a month each. If that applies to Core, a two-person shop pays $58 rather than $149 and the difference over a year is $1,092. If it does not, and Core is a single-user plan as the team-size selector implies, then the second person costs $120 a month. Both readings are supported by things printed on the same page.
3. The billing commitment, which is not what it sounds like
Jobber's middle billing option is described as a one-year commitment billed monthly, and it is worth reading their terms on it carefully, because "billed monthly" reads like flexibility and is not. From Jobber's own pricing FAQ:
- Monthly, no commitment. Cancel any time, the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period, no further charge. This is the $49 / $139 / $199 column.
- Monthly on a one-year commitment. A twelve-month minimum term. If you cancel during the year, the subscription stays active and you keep being billed monthly until the twelve months are up. You save roughly 20% against no-commitment pricing and you give up the exit.
- Annual, prepaid. Billed for the full term up front. Cancel during the year and you keep access to the end of the term, but the payment is non-refundable.
All three auto-renew unless set not to. The practical read for a small trades business: the annual and one-year options both cost you the same thing if the business changes shape in month three, so the discount is real but it is a bet on twelve months of stability. In seasonal trades that is a real bet, not a formality.
4. What sits outside the plan price
Two categories of cost do not appear in any of the numbers above.
The add-ons
Three features are sold separately and are marked as add-ons on Core, Connect and Grow:
| Add-on | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Suite | $99/mo | Marketing plan and recommendations |
| Pipeline | $49/mo | Sales pipeline for requests and quotes |
| AI Receptionist | $29/mo | Answers calls and texts, can book jobs |
Attach all three to Core and you are paying $177 a month in add-ons on top of a $29 plan. The add-ons cost six times the plan they attach to. They are included on Plus, which is part of what the $399 buys.
Payment processing
Jobber's published processing rates are the same on all four plans: 2.9% plus 30 cents for online credit card payments, 2.7% plus 30 cents for Tap to Pay in the mobile app, 1% for US bank payments, and a further 1% if you want instant payouts.
That flat structure has a consequence worth doing the arithmetic on. A trades business collecting $20,000 a month by card across 100 invoices pays about $610 a month in processing. That is more than every plan in the grid except Plus, it does not fall when you upgrade, and it is the reason the plan price is usually the smaller half of what Jobber costs you. If you can move even a third of that volume to bank payments at 1%, you save about $130 a month, which is more than the entire Grow plan at the one-user annual rate.
Two geographic limits worth noting before you count on a feature: two-way text messaging and card processing are listed as available in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, bank payments as US only, and automatic payments as US and Canada.
5. The trial is on Grow, and that matters
Jobber's free trial is 14 days with no credit card, and it puts you on the Grow plan. Grow is the third tier. If you then subscribe to Core at $29, these are among the things that were in your trial and are not in your subscription:
- Automated client reminders and automated quote and invoice follow-ups
- Automatic payment collection on recurring work
- QuickBooks Online sync
- Time and expense tracking, and job costing
- Two-way text messaging with clients
- Checklists on jobs, and the custom automation builder
- Images, reviews and optional line items on quotes
None of that is hidden: it is all legible in Jobber's feature comparison table if you read it column by column. But a fortnight of building your workflow around automated follow-ups, and then losing them on day fifteen, is the most common way a cheap plan turns into an expensive one. If your trial habits depend on anything in that list, your real price is Connect or Grow, not $29. Decide which plan you are actually buying before the trial starts, and spend the fortnight testing that plan's feature set rather than Grow's.
6. The number we published wrong

Our August error, in full
Published 2026-08-13 · corrected 2026-09-01 · getjobber.com
On 2026-08-13 our monthly price pass concluded that Jobber had retired its Core tier, and we republished the tradespeople stack with Connect at $199 a month as the entry plan. Both halves of that were wrong. Core had not been retired and is on Jobber's pricing page today at $29 a month billed annually. The $199 figure we quoted is not Connect at all: it is the month-to-month price of Grow, two tiers up. We had misread the grid this page exists to lay out properly.
The effect: the trades stack showed about $203 a month when the correct figure was about $112. We put roughly $90 a month of imaginary cost on that page, and it stood for 19 days before the September price pass caught it. Anyone who priced the trades stack here between 13 August and 1 September saw a total inflated by roughly 80%, and if that made you walk away from the stack, that was our error and not your arithmetic.
We are writing this up as its own section rather than a footnote for a reason we should state plainly. This site's entire claim is that our numbers are checkable and our conflicts are public. A site that publishes a commission table and a re-test log and then quietly fixes its own $90 mistake in a diff is not living up to that. The correction is also on the trades stack page where the error appeared, and in the re-test log.
The lesson we took from it, which is the reason this page is laid out as a grid: Jobber's pricing page shows one plan at a time against a team-size selector and a billing selector, so it is genuinely easy to read a number off it and attach it to the wrong plan. That is what happened to us. A reader doing the same thing on the same page can make the same mistake, which is exactly why the whole grid belongs on one screen.
7. What we have not evaluated
This page is about price, and price only. It is not a review of Jobber, and it is not a comparison against Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz or the rest of the field-service category. We have not run those platforms, so we are not going to rank them, and a roundup of field-service software we have not used is exactly the article this site exists to not publish.
Jobber remains the scheduling and invoicing pick in our tradespeople stack, on the same reasoning as before: the request to quote to schedule to invoice to payment flow in one place, and response time being the thing that wins trades work. That pick is unchanged by anything on this page, and it earns us nothing. We applied to Jobber's affiliate programme on 2026-08-13 and have had no reply, so this page pays us $0, the same as the stack page it corrects. When that changes it will change in the Commission Table first.
What this page does claim, and what you can check in about two minutes: every figure above was read off getjobber.com/pricing on 2026-09-02, in USD. Move their team-size and billing selectors and you should see the same grid. If you see something different, their price has moved and ours is stale, which is the failure mode we would rather you catch than not notice.
Common questions
How much does Jobber cost in 2026?
For one user billed annually: Core $29 a month, Connect $99, Grow $149, with Plus starting at $399 for a bracket that includes five users. Month to month with no commitment, the same one-user plans are $49, $139 and $199. Crew pricing goes up in brackets rather than per seat, so a two-to-five person crew on Connect is $149 a month billed annually. Extra users are $29 each. Verified September 2026.
Is Jobber Core really $29 a month?
Only for one person prepaying a year. It is $39 on a one-year commitment and $49 month to month, and Jobber's pricing page stops showing Core once you set the team-size selector above one person. Whether a second Core seat can be bought at $29 is the one thing their page does not make clear, so ask before you plan around it.
Does Jobber charge extra for payments?
Yes, and the rate is the same on every plan: 2.9% plus 30 cents for online cards, 2.7% plus 30 cents for Tap to Pay, 1% for US bank payments, plus another 1% for instant payouts. On real invoice volume this is usually a bigger monthly number than the plan itself, and upgrading does not reduce it.
Is the annual discount worth it?
It is roughly 40% off the no-commitment price on Core and about 25% on the crew plans, which is a large discount by software standards. The catch is that the one-year commitment option keeps billing you monthly through the full twelve months even if you cancel, and the prepaid annual option is non-refundable. In seasonal trades work, paying the premium for a no-commitment plan through your first season is a defensible way to buy the option to leave.
What does a trades stack cost with Jobber in it?
About $112 a month for a one-person operation on Jobber Core billed annually, alongside Claude Pro and CompanyCam with Canva's free tier, or about $182 once the crew needs Jobber Connect. The full breakdown is on the tradespeople stack page.
